Weekly (Re)Share: 30 Min for the Rest of Your Life
If you haven’t done so yet, take 30 minutes this weekend to contemplate what you want out of life using one or more of these exercises (with some additional ideas here). Even if you are pretty content you may be surprised by what you discover!
A bonus question that to me was quite profound:
What about the way you live today would disappoint your 10-year-old self?
(Feel free to change to a different age when you felt the most true to yourself - it’s usually in childhood.)
